Hakusai Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 head of Hakusai (Chinese cabbage)
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Separate the Hakusai leaves and wash them thoroughly.
- Chop the Hakusai leaves into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté until fragrant.
- Add the Hakusai leaves and stir-fry for a few minutes.
- Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Cook until the Hakusai leaves are wilted but still slightly crunchy.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
