Ingredients:

  • 1 head of Hakusai (Chinese cabbage)
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Separate the Hakusai leaves and wash them thoroughly.
  2. Chop the Hakusai leaves into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
  4. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  5. Add the Hakusai leaves and stir-fry for a few minutes.
  6. Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  7. Cook until the Hakusai leaves are wilted but still slightly crunchy.
  8. Remove from heat and serve hot.
